United Democratic Alliance (UDA): Ruto Forms A New Party Ahead Of 2022 Elections

William Ruto’s party which he will as a vehicle to Vie in the forthcoming 2022 general election has been revealed, the DP has not been on good terms with his party leader Uhuru Kenyatta since the handshake with the opposition leader Raila Odinga.

According to sources, the Deputy President is said to have registered a new party called, United Democratic Alliance (UDA). The party is being prepared for a test in coming by-elections in Nairobi County Governor’s Position and Mutungu parliamentary seat in Western Kenya.

In the recently concluded by-elections, the Deputy President has not supported the Candidates who were nominated or endorsed by the Jubilee Party which is a clear indication that the DP has nothing to do with the Jubilee Party.

In the Msambweni mini polls he supported the independent candidate Faisal Bader who won the elections instead of supporting the ODM candidate who was endorsed by his Jubilee Party Leaders, The DP also supported a candidate from the People’s Empowerment Party in Gaturi Murung’a County instead of supporting a Jubilee candidate.

According to IEBC rules and regulations, political should submit their Candidates by Monday 28th December for the by-elections in Hellsgate Ward in Nakuru, London Ward in Nakuru, Mutungu Constituency, Kituse/Kithuki in Makueni, Kiamokama Ward in Kisii, and Huruma Ward in Uasin Gishu County.

Officials of the New DP Ruto’s United Democratic Alliance Party included Lang’ata Member of Parliament Nixon Korir, Silvanus Osoro who is also a member of Parliament for South Mugirango, and Johnstone Muthama former senator for Machakos County.
