The resumption of primary and secondary schools in Kisumu, Busia, and Kakamega is in high gear as learner resumption has peaked to nearly 98 percent.

Simon Nabukwesi made this observation. According to school heads in the sampled schools, the major challenges they are facing is a lack of adequate space to accomplish social distancing as well as desks.
Once all learners report to their respective schools, the PS was optimistic that 100 percent resumption will be achieved. To avoid crowding, there has been staggered resumption of classes.
