She has been listed as Fortune magazine’s most powerful woman for four years in a row, between 2015 to 2018. 

She was appointed as the company’s CEO of the Health Care department in 2021 after heading the company’s North American business operations. 

She owns about 300,000 shares of the company stock. 

The rest of P&G is owned by the general public, which owns about a 34% stake in the company.
