Kenyans have hit out at Nominated Senator Millicent Omanga following her reaction to reports that Deputy President William Ruto has lost his position in Jubilee.
Kenyans told Omanga that Ruto had left his position a long time ago after being humiliated when his allies were being targeted by President Uhuru Kenyatta for being disloyal and attacking Uhuru who is the party leader.
Omanga reacting to the front page of the Standard Newspaper which revealed that Ruto has been removed as the deputy party leader of Jubilee and his fate now lies on the hands of the President, said the move will backfire on them.
Omanga claimed the attack on Ruto is meant to distract Kenyans following the latest move to increase prices of petroleum products.
Kenyans however told Omanga that Ruto has not taken his position as deputy party leader of Jubilee seriously adding that his removal will not change anything.
“William Ruto left that position in 2018, Tangatanga should concentrate on 2022 campaigns,” said Alex Kipkorir.
“Nonsense. Of what use is that position to the DP. How do you expect someone who left,” said Dennis Nzioki.
“Murathe and Tuju are controlling the party, Ruto left his position to them after he saw he can’t fight them,” said Maggie.
“Reminds me of your “come baby come” bravado. By the time you got to the Senate you were humble like a rained on kuku,” said Paul Obino.
“We want you and your fellows to leave office so as to reduce the wage burden. Will you?” said Ogbuefi Ezeudu.
“But wheelbarrows don’t use fuel. Hustlers who own wheelbarrows are okay. Only dynasties who own V8s like you are affected,” said Victor Oyuko.
“Ooh hii ouster kumbe inakuanga na official ceremony? Thought they did this long ago,” said Chemarich Chesire.
Omanga on her post had said, “An unnecessary distraction from the high cost of fuel. It will boomerang on them. Just wait and see.”
