The Deputy President William Ruto seems to be getting his house larger by welcoming more members coming from other parties belonging to his top political rivals.
In his today’s visit to Baringo County where he got to attend the burial ceremony of one of ground allies, Mr. Kiplagat at Cheplambus Primary School in Tenges, he has been spotted with ODM vocal Senator of Narok County, Senator Ledama Olekina.
Just as you can see in the photo above from the right hand side, that is Narok County Senator Ledama Olekina at the burial ceremony of Kiplagat at DP Ruto’s presence.
This move which had been speculated by many Kenyans comes at the point in time when Senator Ledama has been seen as one of the top critics of the BBI document together with some of the moves currently being made by the BBI proponents, that is his party leader Raila Odinga and President Uhuru Kenyatta.
As we all know in the country right now, we only have three main Political heavyweights in the country which include DP Ruto, President Uhuru Kenyatta and ODM party leader Raila Odinga.
And for any other politician to stay relevant in the Kenyan political scene, he or she is likely to go to the side of either of the three politicians.
Since Ledama now appears to be a critic of Uhuru and Raila, his main choice now remains to be DP Ruto as the only person remaining to help him remain relevant in the country and mostly in Narok County.
