Nathan Ambuti: Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko has launched a search for a 76-year-old Kakamega man.

Nathan Ambuti

Nathan Ambuti arrived in Kabarak on Monday, February 10, ahead of ex-president Daniel Moi’s funeral after cycling for four days.

Sonko said he was touched by Ambuti’s story, whom he branded as a “self-made peace ambassador for Kenya” adding that he wanted to facilitate his return trip.

The Nairobi county chief has, therefore, urged citizens to share the old man’s contacts so that he may be able to trace and have a word with him.

” I can’t imagine how this “self-made peace ambassador for Kenya” will make his way to his home back in Butere.

If anyone has Mzee Ambuti’s contacts, please share we see how we can make the return trip easier for this gallant patriotic Kenyan. Thanks,” Sonko wrote in a statement.
