The Ministry of Repentance and Holiness, under the leadership of controversial preacher and self-proclaimed prophet Dr. Prophet Owuor, has now come out to respond to the allegations of a fake prophecy.
In a viral video, Prophet Owuor is seen making a prophecy that the world would come to an end on 11th April 2020 and that he knew the place where the rapture would happen.
“The Lord has finally shown me how the wedding of the lamb of God, the coming of the Messiah, the rapture of the church, will take place.
And in that place, I now know exactly the country, the specific location, when I will be at a place when I will be preaching and the wedding of the lamb of God will take place” Prophet Owuor said.
In Mathew chapter 24;6, the bible says “But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.”
Responding to the allegations, the official radio of the ministry, Jesus is Lord Radio, has now come out to despise the video terming it as ‘fake and misleading’, and that prophecies by Prophet Owuor are given through the official channels of the ministry.
Prophet Owuor ministry disown Prophecy
“Beware of the fake news that has been circulating all over social media by the enemies of God.
All the prophecies given by the Mightiest Prophet of the Lord are always broadcasted live on Jesus Is Lord radio and posted on the Repentance channels on YouTube (Repentance Channel or Repent & Prepare the way).
Any other thing which is not found on the ministry’s page is false and misleading” read a statement published on the official radio station of the ministry on Twitter.
They have further gone on to quote the prophet categorically in other videos stating that nobody knows the day or the hour when the world will end.
A Lie Can Travel Halfway Around the World While the Truth Is Putting On Its Shoes. They mocked Jesus Christ our savior for speaking the truth, they even called him the Prince of demons and spread all sorts of lies about him.”
“Nobody knows the day or the hour, it is shocking that some people who do not want to take the clarion call for repentance from Prophet Dr. Owuor would rather run with a lie.
The fact remains that Jesus is calling you to repent and turn away from your wicked ways” the radio said.
According to the ministry, even when the prophets of Israel preached regarding what God had spoken, they did not want to hear it because it was always about repentance and turning to God. Instead, they preferred false prophets who prophesied prosperity, safety, well-being, lies that itch the flesh.
