Political temperatures in the country are already high. Leaders are on the run to pick up new allies while others are forming coalitions and alliances.
Things have heated up to the point that even ODM leader Raila Odinga who had been reluctant to the campaign has finally started going out, although he has mostly begun by popularizing the BBI document more than talking about his 2022 general election.
Raila Odinga used to be a thorn in the flesh to President Uhuru Kenyatta in his first term of presidency before his famous handshake with the President changed him.
He changed from making noise in the streets to talking to the President and resolving things in a peaceful way and for that reason, easing the political temperatures that were created between their supporters.
That was taken a different way by Kipchumba Murkomen who has decided to send a message to Raila Odinga to tell him to stop running from his responsibility and begin making noise in the streets again.
Through his official Twitter account, Kipchumba Murkomen told Raila Odinga to respect President Uhuru Kenyatta and his pledges on jobs, stadia, and laptops.
The Elgeyo Marakwet senator went on to claim that in any case Uhuru officially welcomed Raila to his government so Raila should stop running away from his responsibility.
