United Nations Conference On Trade and Development (UNCTAD) Secretary-General Dr Mukhisa Kituyi resigned from his position to go and concentrate on his political ambition.
Mukhisa Kituyi is planning to go and join and other presidential candidates to vie for the presidential position come 2022 general elections.
Mukhisa Kituyi was appointed for the UN position in 2013 where his contract ended in 2017 and was reelected and his contract was supposed to end in September 2020.
“It is no longer a secret. I will be going for the presidency in 2022. Nobody should tell us who to support. We need a president who will save this country and Kenyans from a bad economy,” Kituyi had hinted in a press interview that he was planning to go and concentrate on his presidential ambition come 2022.
