Moses Kuria, Aaron Cheruiyot Reacts After David Murathe's High Profile Meeting.

Gatundu South Member of parliament Hon Moses Kuria has made claims on why Jubilee party vice-chairman David Murathe met a section of pro-handshake allies at trade unionist Francis Atwoli’s Kajiado home.

Murathe had a high-profile meeting at Atwoli’s home with Siaya county senator James Orengo, Peter Kenneth, Junet Mohammed, and Jubilee secretary general Raphael Tuju attending.

According MP Kuria who happens to be among those against constitutional amendment through Building Bridges Initiative BBI drive, Murathe met the Five politicians so as to be briefed on what to say during his interview at Inooro local TV station.

“Oh ok. Murathe was going for an interview at Inooro. Kumbe you were giving him talking notes” Moses Kuria reacted.

On his part youthful Kericho county senator Aaron Cheruiyot hoped that the Five politicians did not convince senator James Orengo to accept that BBI is passed without any further amendment.

Senator Orengo has been rooting for small amendments in the BBI bill as Junet and co push for the BBI drive to be passed the way it is.

“My sincere hope is that these brokers do not persuade @orengo_james out of the correct reform path he has taken with regards to BBI. Parliament must not act as a rubber stamp for these charlatans. It must exercise its sovereign power and do something for posterity” the senator reacted.
