Tangatanga allied senators boycotted parliamentary group meeting called by president Uhuru Kenyatta at the statehouse today with 24 senators out of 67. Those who attended includes :

(Prof.)Margaret Kamar , Kang’ata Irungu ,Kibiru Charles , Loitiptip Anuar Mahamud Mohamed , Moi Gideon Kipsielei , Phillip Salau , Beth Mugo ,Mary Yiane ,Samson Cherargei ,Yusuf Haji ,Kimani Wamatangi , Isaac Mwaura , Ephraim Maina , Farhiya Haji
William Ruto has been going through a hard time in Jubilee since the handshake between Uhuru Kenyatta and his ODM leader counterpart Raila Odinga which he wasn’t consulted. The KANU Jubilee merger came as a shocker to him.
Earlier allegations that senate majority leader Kipchumba Murkomen was to be replaced by Baringo senator and KANU party leader Gideon Moi .
Uasin Gishu senator Dr. Margaret Lamar has rejected offer to replace Elgeyo Marakwet senator Kipchumba Murkomen in the senate majority seat. The unconfirmed reports have not revealed yet what made William Ruto’s home county senator to not grab the opportunity.
