Mutahi Kagwe Mistakenly Reveals Who Might Replace President Uhuru in 2022.

There have been so many guesses on who will replace president Uhuru Kenyatta come 2022. Many people have given their opinion about it. However, it’s still not clear who truly will.

However, Interior CS Health Cabinet Secretary Mutahi Kagwe has hinted that the Interior secretary Fred Matiang’i is set to become the next president. This comes amidst of speculations that Matiang’i is preparing to take over from President Uhuru Kenyatta in 2022.

Speaking at a leaders’ meeting held at the Kisii County Assembly grounds on Friday, August 7, Mutahi asked the Abagusii community to stand behind their own, saying he is set to lead the county. Speaking in a coded language, Kagwe likened Matiang’i to a pregnant mother who was about to give birth.

According to the Daily Nation, Kagwe asked the community to protect the Interior CS from vices just like a pregnant woman. He explained that If they see a protruding tummy of a woman and it continues to grow, just use eyes to conclude that a child is about to be brought forth.

Kagwe’s message was supported by local leaders led by Kisii Governor James Ongwae and Senator Sam Ongeri. They promised to support Matiang’i. Other leaders Jimmy Agweny, Richard Tong’i, Richard Onyonka and Woman Rep Janet Ong’era. Matangi.
