The government of Kenya led by President Uhuru Kenyatta is on the radar of ICC following the heightened political activities and the war between the executive and Judiciary.
Intelligence reports reveal that the President was on Tuesday evening forced to seek advice from his Deputy William Ruto after receiving warnings from the UN.
According to sources, 9 heads of diplomatic missions have written to the United Nations and the International Criminal Court (ICC) seeking their attention on the political environment in Kenya.
In response, they warned the government of Kenya that it will be responsible for its action and the continued total disobedience to the rule of law.
The embassies have also been alerted to file all the activities that have happened in the country since 1st January 2018 to date.
