Hannah Mudavadi Burial; President Uhuru Forced to Sit 6 Hours Waiting

Hannah Mudavadi Burial

Following the demise of Hannah Mudavadi, Mudavadi’s mother, leaders converged in Vihiga today to give her a send-off. In due respect, the president arrived late morning just before noon in order to send condolences to Mudavadi’s family. The whole ceremony was long due to numerous speakers.

And by the time President Uhuru turn came to give his remarks, he confirmed to have waited for six hours.

” For six hours I have been seated waiting, what I have heard leaders talk about is just politics,” said Kenyatta in Swahili. His confirmation showed how lengthy the ceremony was engulfed with the politics of 2022.

Therefore, it is advised that in case of a ceremony where the head of state is in the middle then, other speakers should harmonize their speeches in order not to keep him such long.

As it seems it amuses him but being a guest of honor he cannot complain, but speakers should take that into consideration.
