Harambee Stars: The Kenya national football team will be back on the field as they welcome Egypt at Kasarani stadium in a CAF qualification fixture tonight.

Governor Mike Sonko has promised two million to Harambee Stars two million Kenya shillings if they manage to beat Egypt’s national team tonight and six million if they qualify.

It’s good news to the team after they have been struggling to finance their trips. Kenya will play Egypt and afterward will play Togo to book qualifications to the CAF

Stars will have to beat Egypt and Togo for them to stand a better chance of qualifying. They are currently in the third position of the group.

Sonko has been in the first line in promoting Kenya teams and struggling teams. Sonko earlier this week through his team were giving support materials to Secondary school students who are about to start their exams.

Stars earlier had got financial support from ODI BET who promised to fund their friendly games and CAF qualification fixtures.
